goto is the teleport command for builders and imms. To go to a room, you need to know the room's vnum area-vnum. (See BoxMud vnums and area-vnums, explained) Middai City is area 2. So, to go to room 1 in Middai City you type goto 1 2.

Remember that area number defaults to your current area. So, if you just type goto 1, you will go to room 1 in your current area.
